We have been certified by the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles to administer the ROAD TEST for applicants wishing to obtain a South Carolina Driver's License.
The Road Test is included as an option for some of our teen course packages. We are also happy to test hourly students that have completed a minimum of two training hours with Southeastern Driving Academy. The cost of the test for hourly students is $50.
There are never any guarantees that an applicant will pass their road test when testing with the DMV or with us. We follow the same protocol and scoring system in our testing as the examiners at the DMV. The advantages of testing with our safety officer is that the students know us and have more of a comfort level with us and we can be more flexible with our hours for testing.
